A Day in the City

Soujiro Seta can be found doing /things/. People things. Combat things. He doesn't look to be doing the combat things in the middle of town, instead going for a walk. It is not unlike a beat cop getting a feel for the heartbeat of the community he is a part of. This is Souji, however, and it would take for-ever given how often he stops to have meaningful conversations with people. Like Miho. "Good afternoon, Miho. Enjoying the day out today?" he extends a hand upwards to feel a gust of wind, "Its too nice not to be outside!"

Miho can also be found doing things, namely Miho was out talking to suppliers both Lander and Adventurer. Then she ran into Souji thankfully not physically she laughs at his comment. "Yes I do get out of the forge you know. That hasn't changed here or on the old world. Been dealing with suppliers. Sure I make weapons of the highest qualityu but I also make everything from cookware to nails! So yes it is nice to be outside today. Should really hit up the beach at some point..."

Soujiro Seta stops by a street stall to buy an apple. Healthy food leads to healthy soldiers. "We should," he agrees with the beach idea, "I bet our friends would love a chance to soak up some sun, go swimming, eat fresh cool fruit." All the staples of a beach scene once you add in the swimsuits. "Plus sand is a great opportunity to train as well as have fun. Learn how to handle that kind of footing." He offers Miho one of the apples he picked up. Healthy snacks.

Miho Says "I'm sure everyone would want to get the newest and best swimsuits too." She smirks. She pauses "So what use it for team building with various beach games and sports?" She'll take the apple and start to chomp on it.

Soujiro Seta monches on his apple. "A little something for everyone," says the inclusive samurai, "If we start the idea it will catch like wildfire in others and all that is left is to support their dreams." A nod on the swimsuit stuff. "Could do a swimsuit competition. I could judge." And suddenly the contestant count went into triple digits.

Miho says "Oh we could turn it into a festival maybe? That could be fun, a whole lot of fun and lordy we need some of that after the last year or so don't we?"

A festival? Now thats exciting stuff. Soujiro crunches into his apple with a nod. "I think it would help people's spirits. I've been picking up this mix of fatigue and apprehension, but also relief." It is nothing in particular. A reading of the winds and the heart strings of the people. "We are in Elder Tales! It should be fun!" He is having fun, at least.

Miho says "No one signed up for this after all right? Well a full on war, I don't want to go back myself but ... I can see why some do. My skills are more than just for show here. Aye we should be having some fun, I betcha we could hit up Hifumi...to cater!"
