A Undine comes Calling

Miho gets an unexpected customer in the form of Naniko.

Naniko is fairly unmistakeable as she enters into the smithy, even before she pulls her hood down. She does so and peruses the various things on display as she waits an appropriate time for the smith to notice her. If she does not, Naniko will yell, but it's not that time, yet.

Miho is hammering away at the anvil as Naniko comes in, she also might notice a big dog taking notice of her as it raises it's head to look at her. It's being very intent but doesn't seem bothered by her. It's used to customer finally Miho will finish up, coming out to the front.

"Oh Nankio? What can I do for you today?"

Naniko smiles and waves. Her hands then disappear under her poncho and come out with blades--long daggers, specifically--one in each. They're definitely more for piercing and stabbing than slicing or cutting. "Well, I've been using these my whole life," she starts, stepping forward and tossing them up, catching them by the blades. She offers the handles toward Miho. "I'm very curious what you might do to improve my setup."

Miho says "So you wait, are still using what you had when the apoh happened?" She admitted how Naniko saw things was a bit creepy but well this was a wild situation everyone was in. "So these are prettyu basic by the current stanard and you want to commission something better. That I can do I presume you want a custom order and not just off the shelf?"

"I try not to get into fights," Naniko says. "Stealth is more important to me than weapons, and if I DO get into a fight, I--well, you've seen how good my water magic is." She holds them up again. "These are kind of a last resort, but--" She holds them forward again. "See how they feel. See if you even think you might replicate that feel in something nicer."

Miho will take a moment to look the daggers over, she squints several times as she fouses in on them she's also running them through thei paces. "Should get them balances for you for one, these do feel a bit off to me. Not bad but yes I think I can do better than this. So nothing fancey do you want any enchantments?"
Naniko

"I don't mind fancy," Naniko says. "I just have never splurged on the daggers before. What enchantments do you do?" she wonders aloud.

Miho says "It's going to hit the point these won't effect much, I can do elemental, and others. I may need someone to magically fuel them however but I can do all the setup otherwise." She beams at this.

"I've got water magic," Naniko says. She hesitates. "If that helps."
Miho

Miho says "Ah you do? Yes, some sort of water elemental enchant should be easy enough to do, lets keep it simple shall we I'd say Ice would be the best best for you?"
Naniko

Naniko nods. "Okay," she says. "Though, I'm not bothered if they sink or swim," she points out. "Undine and all that."
Miho

Miho says "I was thinking ICe still tends to work on water related monsters more often than water. It will take me a bit to get them forged though as I do want to do it right."
Naniko

"Will they be made of ice, or just enchanted with it?" Naniko wonders aloud at her weaponsmith of choice.

Miho tail flicks and notes. "Enchanted with, i work with metal. Not ice after all."
