Duty Session 612 - Windmill Menace

Asuna
Yamato - -42 - 8 - 0

Having been back a few days from the Palace Lands, Asuna is celebrating. By... going to another quest area. She's got a problem and needs intervention, clearly. But she's been keeping up steady chims to make sure her daughter is having fun at the nearest branch of the Links. With Asuna's travel, Yui has been to most of them now! Worldwide daycare. Finally a useful advancement!

"So, let me get this straight. Some weirdo is attacking a windmill and we need to stop them?" Asuna just likes to get things clear. Seriously, you can't make this stuff up. When she gets confirmation at the camp, she shrugs and starts to head towards the wacky adventure that awaits.

"Fiction imitates art, I suppose," she mutters.

Onna Shinkan
Yamato - -42 - 8 - 0

Onna Shinkan, the woman with a name that basically just meant 'Priestess'. Kind of. Sort of. Look Priestess isn't a class easy to turn into a name, okay? Anyway! Onna Shinkan had seen a quest posting by the Hunter's Guild. Something about a windmill, and she'd happened to meet Erufu there as well, who she decided to tag along with for the simplicity of it being a familiar face who she knew fairly well.
Elsewhere, a certain demon rose was likely helping to keep Asuna's daughter entertained. She seemed to enjoy being a babysitter.
But the focus isn't on her, it was instead on this party here instead! "People get confused sometimes, I guess? ... Or the developers just liked to make references. Aren't there references to some american movie in a couple places around too? Something about pirates and pieces of eight?" Priestess comments as she joins with the rest of the party.
Fukaziroh
Yamato - -42 - 8 - 0

If Asuna has a problem, it's one that Fuka shares! Well okay, if Asuna has one particular problem, that one problem is one she shares at least. No doubt there's a few the pair don't share in any way. In any event she's 'dutyfull' at the very least!

"You can't trust those windmills." Fuka claims cheerfully. "I mean I'd attack one for sure. BUT IT ISN'T ME!" she insists with a huge grin. "You can tell because if it was me, they'd be all blown up or something. Seriously, some people can't do anything right." she grumbles.
Erufu
Yamato - -42 - 8 - 0

Erufu has been glad to get out and do some adventuring. She's been long hunting a goblin that even the slayer thought was a story. Its turns out it's true but she's going to need to gather a team for that. Getting some new contacts would be very good also catching up with an old friend even better.

"It could be someone has just gone mad, Onna. It sadlyd oes happen but hopefully if that is the case we can defeat them without killing them."

She grins and then looks very confused at Asuna.

"I heard there is a mimic that can pose as a Gazebo...It could be much the same as well thinking about that."
Kirito
Yamato - -42 - 8 - 0

The Blackswordsman was here.

He liked doing quest runs and right this second, he was more than willing to help Asuna out with this. Kirito crosses his arms, looking off into the distance. "...are you sure?" He asks Fuka, clearly attempting to be humorous and failing.

He shrugs his shoulders. "I like windmills. Mkae great napping spots. If someone is attacking them...well, I guess it's my civic duty."
Asuna
Yamato - -42 - 8 - 0

No sooner than when the party arrives on sight do they see what could be the source of the problem. Plant monsters. Lots of them.

Onions the size of boulders waddle in to engage with the Adventurers. They don't look particularly strong until one gets within melee range and that eye-stinging debuff hits. Blindness! Those fiends! They thrash around wildly with their grass-like blades serving as swords, hoping to exploit and overwhelm.

"Well, looks like we're right in the thick of it!" declares Asuna. She shoots Kirito a smirk, "Nap time is postponed, I'm afraid."

Being Scale Emblem and confronted with plants, there's really only one option. Fire. Lots of fire. And so it is. The Flash delivers a burn that is anything but slow.

"You know, Fuka, with all that talk about blowing up, I have to ask. Have you been hanging out with Schneider lately?" She keeps up her conversations as she burns things up. "Oh, and ... Onna Shinkan? I don't think we've met before. Or it's been a while. Asuna here. I usually stab stuff, but I'll make an exception for these things... and any animated gazeebos we might come across."

Fukaziroh
Yamato - -42 - 8 - 0

Fuka grins at Kirito as he poses dramatically. "I'm ALWAYS sure!" she promises the black swordsman. "Though whether I'm sure I'd attack a windmill or whether I'm sure IF I DID I'd explode it, well, that's something I'm not actually sure of. So maybe I'm not always sure." she blathers enthusiastically. "But I'm sure I'm not the one that did it you can't prove I did it nobody saw anything!"

As she natters on, the group is approached by plant monsters. Fuka perks up. Now, on a normal occasion she'd maybe deal with them another way, but the current conversation really suggests an ideal solution. Calling on impressive volume and power of flames, Fuka belies her appearance as a dumb swordsgirl with heavy armour and a big sword. "See?!" she insists, werfing flammen for all she's worth. "When I destroy, I do it RIGHT!"
Onna Shinkan
Yamato - -42 - 8 - 0

"Is there something about windmills that is untrustworthy?" Onna Shinkan asks with a quirked eyebrow while looking towards Fukaziroh. "...Please don't blow up the windmill we're supposed to protect." Pause. "My name is Onna Shinkan, by the way. A pleasure to meet those of you who are unfamiliar with me. I have been off adventuring with Goblin Slayer until recently, so haven't interacted with the alliances much." She bows quietly towards Asuna and Fukaziroh.
"A mimic that can pose as a Gazebo? Gazebos are already fearsome enough without them being a Mimic as well, they don't /need/ extra teeth." Onna says, is she joking? Maybe. She /was/ familiar with roleplaying stuff. Not as much though. Maybe if someone has gone mad she can help them out?
"Great napping spots? Hm! I can believe it. A nice breeze, and if goblins are upwind then they can't smell you either." She comments absently. "And you'll probably smell them first." Someone spends way too much time around Goblin Slayer, apparently.
Onions are waddling up to engage with the adventurers. "... These... these are kind of cute..." She looks at the plant enemies, and she lifts her priestess staff. "U...uhm... Holy Light..!" She calls out, unleashing a blast of light magic towards the onions. Ineffectively. Look, it's hard to hurt something when she's not committed!
Erufu
Yamato - -42 - 8 - 0

Erufu says "Well then Kirito? Asuna? Onna shall we?"

She nods grimly to Asuna on the topic of Gazebos.

"I have no idea on that and I doubt this windmill is a giant mimic."

The Onions are comming and she's keeping to ranged laying down the sort of bow fire she's fairly well known for. She even lets lose a few trick shots///
Kirito
Yamato - -42 - 8 - 0

Kirito sighs.

"Alriiight...."

Kirito stretches, cracking his knuckles and letting out a loud yawn. "Well, we better get to it. I don't want to pull the pin on this grenade, but with naps on the line? I don't have a choice." Kirito nods at Asuna, before he starts turning around. As plants become a problem, Kirito draws only one of his swords and lights it aflame with burning fire!

"...if you blew up my tower..." Kirito's face almost turns black as night with glowing yellow eyes.

"Anyway."

Kirito moves on, his sword swinging outwards to throw flame around like it was a basketball game and he was Lebron James.

He turns to Onna Shinkan. "Heya."

To Erufu, he nods. "Might as well. Though you might want to watch the first few rows. Splash zone." In short, AOE fire attacks are /fun/.
Asuna
Yamato - -42 - 8 - 0

"What are you doing?!" yells the owner of the farm as you finish your brawl with the plant-based baddies. One squeaks and falls over, the last of its health depleted. "Those are mine!" the angry farmer declares as he stops towards the Adventurers.

It looks as if this is a misunderstanding. The farm isn't under assault by plant monsters. The farm is being defended by these critters against some maniac knight that appears at sunset. An honest mistake. The farmer doesn't mutter about muderhobo Adventurers; his eyes say it all.

Asuna doesn't like the attitude of the Lander much. "Someone needs to keep their produce on a leash, clearly," she points out. "But let's fix this up anyway, or we'll not be hearing the end of it!"

She's usually the one chopping up veggies, not fixing them. She'll make an exception, anyway! And despite her lack of great interest, her effort is focused enough to do the job. So much for the salad possibilities here!

Erufu
Yamato - -42 - 8 - 0

Erufu is for a moment looking smug. Good things are ... wait she hears the farmer. Tamed guard monsters? Oh no... She now looks mortifed now as she turns right around to attempting to heal the monster that are not dead. She does heed what Kirito has said he does know his stuff and she damn well knows who he is. She just gets to work with healing potions. Hopefully help lessen this.

"Sir we have made a horrible mistake...and I am truly sorry."

She seems to mean it too.
Onna Shinkan
Yamato - -42 - 8 - 0

"...Sure! ... Uhm. I'll support you!" Onna responds to Erufu, stepping closer to ERufu. And letting her do the trickshots and stuff. She'll let her do the shooting. Erufu is good at shooting. "I really hope it's not a giant mimic. The last time I encountered one of those it was less pleasant than goblins." She says with a shudder.
Something about blowing up his tower? She blinks a few times. "You own a tower, black-jacketed swordsman?" She says towards Kirito as she watches him doing his, well. Thing. Yep. He's having fun. That's fine.
Oh good the owner showed up! And... apparently they were being good at being psychopaths apparently! "...I was missing! ... I'm glad they're yours to be honest, they're kind of cute." She says, walking up towards the plant monsters, starting to work on trying to heal them. She's trying to save her mana, which means that ... she's using... her First Aid skills! A few bandages wrapped around broken stems here, some carefully applied sticky goop there. And... it's... it's not very effective immediately. Hm. "There. That should be good enough!"
She nods self-assuredly. It's not only not good enough, the onion looks thoroughly annoyed at her attempts. Look, she's good at healing people and making barriers, not farming.
Kirito
Yamato - -42 - 8 - 0

"Well, that was easy."

But now they have to fix the damage. The farmer was putting up quite an attitude and despite how Kirito might feel about it, he turns his eyes towards the farmer. "Don't worry, sir. We'll make sure your lands are fixed. We'll try our best to avoid destroying your products, I promise." A promise that's more than likely gonna get broken.

But, surprisingly enough, Kirito kneels down on the ground next to a ruined patch and starts fixing it up. He's using more classical applications: resetting the dirt and digging the plants deeper and pouring a little bit of water over it. Give it new, fresh dirt and a new place to take root. Branches are busted, so he takes some bandages and reattaches it, making sue it's firm.

He's humming something to himself as fingers perform their work. "No, but I really like declaring it my nap space." He tells Onna with a soft smile.
Fukaziroh
Yamato - -42 - 8 - 0

Fuka laughs with casual dismissal of the potential threat she receives. "I wouldn't blow up your tower!" she reassures with a lack of seriousness that suggests that she's joking around. Either about blowing things up, or about not blowing things up. Hard to tell. "But you'd better pull the pin yeah, or the grenade's going to be kinda pointless, right?" she adds, seeming to be encouraged by the concept. Or the resulting plant-burning carnage.

She's somewhat less thrilled when the farmer arrives and makes his opinion known. "Maybe your farm wouldn't be attacked if you didn't have chlorofiends running around!" she grumbles, though she keeps her voice quiet enough that it might not be entirely heard. Still she agrees, best do do what she can to help solve the problem. Chanting some runewords, the enchantress summons light to spread a healing regeneration through the region of greatest chlorocarnage, shaking her head at the silliness of it. Silliness she's not responsible for, surprisingly!
Asuna
Yamato - -42 - 8 - 0

With many of the troops restored to fighting strength, there is the matter of preparing the farm itself. It is clear the enemy will come to them instead of needing to be found, so raising the defense now will help the upcoming fight.

"Okay, so we better get this place ready for action!" says Asuna. She looks to the others to see how they've done thus far. "Wow, you did a really good job there. The next time a bun-bun finds my garden I know who to call! I'm going to go gather some more friends to help keep this place safe. I'll be back soon!"

And off she goes, racing like one would expect The Flash to do. Not /that/ Flash. Anyway. She's going for a while, but eventually returns with a few dire wolves who are ready to rumble. They eye her warily and when one gets a bit growling, Asuna taps its nose firmly.

    "Snarl! Heel!"

Asuna grins, quite pleased with herself. "Monsters are so amazing, aren't they?"

Onna Shinkan
Yamato - -42 - 8 - 0

"Oh. Oh okay. That's a little less impressive, but good nonetheless!" Onna replies to Kirito, watching him as he works. Huh. He's good at working with plants! Which is odd, because one of her classes is technically Druid, so she should be good at taking care of plants. Oh well!
"I wouldn't necessarily say I did a good job of that! ... Which is... kind of... a good thing right now...?" She pauses. Hm. Failing was good. How weird. "Right. Uhm. I'll work on getting it ready for action!" She walks over towards the fence. And lifts her staff. And starts to do things that would make holy priests and priestesses sad. She uses it. As a hammer. It's ... somewhat effective. Also loud. ... She's really not suited to this quest, it seems. Maybe because it has nothing to do with goblins.
Fukaziroh
Yamato - -42 - 8 - 0

Peering at Asuna, Fuka just shakes her head. "If a bun-bun finds your garden, you want us to set it on fire? Okay." she agrees. "Which? The bun-bun or the garden?" she asks, sounding almost serious in her intent. Almost.

In any event they have to fix up the place, and Fuka offers to help repair the fencing. She's gotten rather decent at construction lately but she bangs away at it in desultory fashion. Clearly her heart's not in it, and she'd rather be out killing monsters.
Erufu
Yamato - -42 - 8 - 0

The elf looks to Fuka and Kirito going on about the tower as they wrap up patching up the farmers creatures,

"Right we need to dig in then."

She does know a lot of bushcraft and trap making. Can't even think who might have taught her on the traps, either way though she's getting to work with a supising amount of speed making use of her surival knife as she does so.
Kirito
Yamato - -42 - 8 - 0

Plants fixed!

Most excellent.

Kirito stands up tall, sheathing his weapon as he turns to look at Asuna. "Okay, you go that way, I'll-" and Asuna /vanishes/ in a burst of speed. He sighs softly. "Always on the move." and he turns to start walking in a direction. Aftr a good bit of time, he brings back a brown bear, with Kirito sitting on top of it. "Hopefully this guy can help out. I kinda promised him some honey...that I now have to find."

Sigh.

He nods at Erufu. "You're doing great." He nods at Onna. "Heh, thanks. But, you're doing a good job. Keep at it, yeah?"
Asuna
Yamato - -42 - 8 - 0

The farmer says the windmill is the main target of the maniac. The farmer needs it to mill grains into flour and there is nothing particularly special about it beyond minor wind enchantments. Knowing that it is the 'end game' here, the remaining time before sunset is spent on the windmill itself.

Asuna is not great at protecting things. She has aspirations to protect her daughter. But she's not sure how she can. Honestly, it's the stuff of nightmares to her. If only she knew a way to keep her safe! Hm. But maybe someone will show her a way. Perhaps someone nearby! Wouldn't that be nice?

In any case, the Flash tries to use magic to protect the windmill. It... does not go well! It almost works, though. Just.. not quite.

"I should have tried a different technique, I'm afraid," she mutters. She's dejected by her own failure, and no doubt she'll beat herself up with it for some time to come.

Onna Shinkan
Yamato - -42 - 8 - 0

"Right. Dig in! I can help with that." Onna Shinkan says with a small smile towards Erufu, nodding towards her. She kind of tries to help with the trap-setting when she realizes her staff proves ineffective at hitting nails into place. It's fine. Ish. Sort of.
"I'm here to help!" Priestess responds to Kirito, giving a soft chuckle. "Anyway. Let's see..." She lifts up her staff as magical energy starts to swirl around her. "Oh bountiful Beautiful One, I call upon thine holy protection upon this place." The tingle of a Special Arte might be noticable to those familiar with them as she slams her sword into the ground. "Divine Barrier!" She calls out, as her protective Barrier enchants the windmill to protect it from harm. The swirl of magic dissipates in the wake of this as she moves to a more normal stance, walking back over towards the others. "There. That should keep it pretty safe."
Fukaziroh
Yamato - -42 - 8 - 0

Fuka perks right up at mention of minor wind enchantments. Enchantments are her specialty, literally, and for that matter so is wind. "Miiiight be I can do something about that." she suggests, striking a heroic pose and grinning. She may not be the world's best enchanter, but ... she's pretty darn close, darn it!

So she sets to work, in an enchanting montage. This is like a training montage but a lot nerdier. Okay yeah, Fuka's montage is probably closer to that of an electronics nerd hunching over a circuit board soldering resistors and capacitors into place than anything resembling that of an action movie protagonist, but it's still pretty darn heroic. If viewed in a certain light at least.

In any event, for the upcoming fight, the windmill's going to have a few bonus defenses. Some resilience, some durability, a bit of ability to deflect incoming piercing attacks perhaps. Something, at the least, which will let it ignore a few extra attacks from an addled knight, or so she hopes.
Erufu
Yamato - -42 - 8 - 0

Erufu beams a bit at Kirito's praise it's nice to be appciate and it didn't feel empty either to her. She also looks to Onna and grins.

"You got this! Don't worry besides isn't it better to get out of the holes we normally hunt in once and a while?"

So this Manic is after the windmill well one way or another they will deal with it but with her skill at magic while it exists? She's just got a basic use of it. It does not go well her wardings just does not stick...
Kirito
Yamato - -42 - 8 - 0

Protecting the tower?

Can do!

Kirito stands there a moment, watching as layer upon layer of protection is applied to the tower. With a lift of his hand, he casts a single spell: *ICE RAIN*. As the droplets fall on the protected, fortified tower, it creates a thick layer of ice over it to prevent further damage. Once finished, Kirito claps his hands together and witnesses his good work.

"Okay, I think that overkill should about do it."

He scratches the bear's chin that he recovered from nearby. "Okay buddy, like we talked about. You don't have to fight, just put on a really mean face."
Asuna
Yamato - -42 - 8 - 0

A figure riding a steed is seen making his way towards the farm. He is a coyote werefang that inspects as 'Donald Dela Mancha' but he announces himself as 'Don Coyote' with an invigorating howl to accompany the beating hoofs of his donkey steed. His heavy armor is ramshackle 'junk tier' platemail and he seems harmless except for the red crystal that glows on his shield, which explains all the scorch marks around the farm.

Don Coyote's steed comes to a sudden stop, and the knight lands heroically onto the field. Don's sword blazes to light in holy avenger format as he charges into combat, ready to do combat with the trash mobs before the boss. Trash mobs are the party, a bear, some dire wolves, and the plant defenders. The boss is the windmill. Don isn't right in the head.

"I just.. have no words for this kind of insanity," mutters Asuna. She's so unimpressed that she turns to Onna. "That.. thing you just did, though. That wasn't normal magic, was it? Can that protect Landers?" Yes, she's very, very focused on her daughter. But the damned fool Don aims a swing at her head and she has to parry his attack. The look she gives him is pure murder.

    "You."

She throws back his sword /hard/. She's in a mood.

    "Are."

The Flash stands, glaring at her enemy. Lambent Light glows, water dances along its length as mana converts into an attack of swiftly-building intensity.

    "Done."

The attack strikes as hard as a tsunami. A blast of intense, water-powered sword arte strikes that punish the enemy brutally.

Fukaziroh
Yamato - -42 - 8 - 0

Seeing the layering of protection on protection on the windmill, Fuka's fairly certain not even a kaiju could destroy it. Not quickly anyways. So when the addled knight shows up, she's not particularly inclined to force matters. Besides, the armor and mount amuses her. Fuka's got a weak spot for the hopeless and deluded, and for those who don't let such things define or control them. In fact she's inclined to indulge them somewhat.

"Hey, Coyoteguy!" Fuka yells loudly, challengingly. "You want to get to the boss? You gotta go through ME!" she cries, bringing up earth from the fields to form an armoured shell around her. She wades forward with her sword raised, but the sword's a bluff. She has no intent of actually using it to smack the knight around. She's just going to let him flail away at her while others work to shut him down. Defuse his anger perhaps, or disarm him, or otherwise handle his attacks. She just makes sure that his use of fire doesn't actually strike anything that can burn. A shield of dirt, powered by her own shaping skills, is a perfect target.
Onna Shinkan
Yamato - -42 - 8 - 0

"It was a holy arte from the Temple of Law!" Priestess responds cheerfully to Asuna in response to her question. "...So not really? I don't fully understand it but it was one of the things I learned eventually through my dedication to the Beautiful One. It should be able to protect a lander just fine, but it's not, like... extremely long-lasting or anything? It would be better to have a dedicated guardian of some sort than to rely on any spell or anything." Onna responds to Asuna, and then... then the man comes.

To fight them. And start fighting and scorching things. She steps forward, watching as he starts to fight. "Crystal Rapier, Grenadier, Black-Jacket Swordsman, stay back for a moment!" She points her staff towards Don Coyote. "Oh holy Beautiful One, I call upon thine holy protections." She swings her staff, causing a barrier to appear... in front of Don Coyote? "DIVINE SHIELD!" ... She's not using it to protect her party. No. It's a wall. Right in front of the charging man. So he can run headlong into it, slowing his charge and blocking some of his fiery nonsense. A proper priest or priestess would likely be a mix of horrified and impressed. That's not how you use protect magic!
Erufu
Yamato - -42 - 8 - 0

Erufu does see a man who has lost it but she wonders, is he under the sway of that strange gem? She does not know she does see Don and will then just start singing the song of heroes. Its not about Adventurers at all it's a song about heroes of the people of the land, local heroes, ones who stood in the times between Adventurers and the like. There is even a vers about the slayer of goblins, becsuse you think she wouldn't have put him into this song?! Also her harmoics are glowing through her clothing visable to all as she does this. Hopefully it might calm this man down or at least distract him for her allies to pull this off.
Asuna
Yamato - -42 - 8 - 0

Asuna steps back, switching out, one might say, to let Onna do her thing! It's kind of funny, seeing Don nearly break his face on a protection spell. But before he can embarrass himself further, his elemental crystal falls out of his shield.

"The day is yours," the Don concedes, unable to press on without his secret weapon, "but mark my words that I shall return if my name is not Doooonnnn Coooytteee." He hops onto his trusty donkey and raises high up, sword held high like the hero he believes himself to be. Then he is bravely running away.

"Well. That was a thing that just happened," Asuna mutters. "I feel like my brain is smaller than it was previously."

But she can shrug that off. She looks to Onna. "Crystal rapier? Anyhow, that ability. You said the Beautiful One? That goddess the Landers revere? Hm. I will have to look into that. Even if it is only temporary, perhaps that can change. Maybe I can find a way to protect someone against danger." Or find some way to get a Lander out of this world, should the tower get cleared and the world end.

Fukaziroh
Yamato - -42 - 8 - 0

Fuka reaches up to pat Asuna on the shoulder. "If you were smaller you wouldn't have to worry about your brain shrinking." she consoles the ronin. This may not be quite as benign as it sounds.

Having stayed back at the priestess's recommendation, Fuka turns to her next. "Did you call me grenadier? Oooh I like that nickname." she grins. She'd taken the advice, but remained in the path of the would-be knight regardless, holding his attention in a very Fuka-like manner until he was finally exhausted by the group's actions. "Sadly I don't have grenades. I'm working on some though! Just think, explosive alchemy in fragile bottles, or maybe enchanted phials with a time delay!" she offers the bizarre and probably uncomfortable thought in a remarkably cheerful way. "But... you know, just for me. That's the sort of thing that gets kind of ugly if it gets widespread, don't you think? I'd prefer avoiding that sort of thing getting around to those who can't already do that sort of thing with a spell, know what I mean?"
Onna Shinkan
Yamato - -42 - 8 - 0

"Really, like I said, my biggest suggestion is finding a guardian for them, if they're that important! Most spells are pretty temporary, my blessing lets me do really strong barriers, to be honest!" Onna responds. "Anyway, yes! She is quite real and actually grants holy power to those who worship her! ... How much of it is just raising your skill points, I don't know, though." Onna says with a helpless shrug. "Oh well! Anyway." She walks over to pick up the elemental crystal, looking it over. Huh. As is expected, loot gets spread. "And yes, Crystal Rapier. That seems like a good name for you."
"You seem fond of explosions, it seemed fitting for you." Priestess responds to Fukaziroh. "I'm used to basically just going by class names from being around Goblin Slayer. And a few other people. It was my old group's thing, but it kind of broke apart after the Goblin Incident." They broke apart mostly because they were questionably competent, really. "Why would you want to really make grenades anyway? ...Fireball is just as effective, I feel."
Kirito
Yamato - -42 - 8 - 0

Problem solved.

Kirito was one with the darkness, utilizing it to fight the madman with the party. Vanishing to and fro, bouncing between light with hyper fast movements that tricked and disoriented him while his allies made the finishing strokes and striking words.

"Well, that was easy."

Kirito comments a bit offhandedly. "Fights would be easier if we took more effort into grenades. It might make boss fights easier, better to clear out the mobs." He tilts his head. "You knew Goblin Slayer?" He questions to Onna. "What are they like?"
Erufu
Yamato - -42 - 8 - 0

Erufu dusts he hands off as things end and she looks over to Onna for a moment htinking as Don heads off for the moment.

"Yes I heard tell of a mage who is adept in the art of explosion somewhere."

"Orcbalg is quite... yes I heard about that incident." She shudders at that. If Goblin Slayer had not got backup in the hunt who knows how things could have gone for Onna and her party...
Asuna
Yamato - -42 - 8 - 0

Asuna is listening to Onna, honest. She just has a thing in her mind and so it's her focus. See, when you want something to be true bad enough, it just is! Until it's not.

"Until I find a way to backup data outside this crazy game, it's my best lead, Onna. Hm. I can call you Onna?" She doesn't quite like being called a rapier, but she'll deal with that later. There's a woman attached to that sword, you know! Huh. Where has she heard that before?

She suddenly looks distracted, though. "Oh! Sorry. We were in a fight here." Yep. Chim call. "Oh? Really? I'll get there right away!" A pause and she nods. Habit. "She always wants me to kiss the booboos, yes. Don't worry about it, I'm sure she's not really hurting. And I won't be long!"

The Flash directs her attention to the group. She waits a moment, then bows. "Thank you all for the fun today! I hope we can meet again." She flicks out some friend requests and then gets on her way. "Until next time! Oh, and if you are in the mood for pizza or pasta, send me a chim! We love to host parties!"

Onna Shinkan
Yamato - -42 - 8 - 0

"Very straight and to the point. He kills goblins. He is an expert at it, you could say." That's probably an understatement. A truthful one, but an understatement nonetheless. "If you ever want to kill goblins -- or fight anything in close quarters -- he could probably teach you a great many tactics for it." Priestess responds to Kirito, walking over to check on one of the Onions.
"My party let other successes get to their head, and I was inexperienced as a support to them, so couldn't make up for their shortcomings." Of which there were many. They're still around. Somewhere. And fine. Probably.
"You can call me Onna, if you wish!" Though it's basically like calling her 'Girl', she's not complaining. She's the one who basically chose 'girl priest' as her name. "...Pizza or Pasta? Sure, I'll send you a friend request." Priestess responds, lifting her hand to access the menu and send said friend request. "...Anyway! ... Goblins won't slay themselves! Shall we, Erufu?" ... "Are there any goblins on this continent?" Hm. Yep. Priestess has /definitely/ been around Goblin Slayer too much.
