A Walk through the city

    It's early in the morning in Alne, the sun is brilliant as it slowly rises creating a new dawn. The weather is warm a little brisk, fluffy white clouds drift slowly in the skies. Another day in the game, having woken up from his hidey hole, Wynfei stretches and begins walking along the streets.

Vespa yawns. It too earlye for her. She sleep but is she really sleeping? To early to think about that sort of stuff. She looks around, wondering what she should do today possibly do some hunting but first she should grab some breakfast, or at least what passes for it. Everything tastes like cardboard here. Coudn't they have at least made it all taste like chicken? Oh well..

    Walking along the street heading towards town, Wynfei stretches out fully, hearing the gas escape from his muscles as they crack as he moves. "Whoa, they added that into it?" he asks more to himself. As he moves along the street, he waves to a few Landers and eh waves to them as they pass by, even saying good morning to them. They wave and offers g'morning as well.

Vespa sniffs the air. What the heck is that smell? She does her best to ignore the smell. A few landers wave at her but she ignore them. She does notice the Cait sith. He does stand out amongst, then again she does too. She looks at the stands as she passes by wondering what to buy, even if all tastes the same.

    Well standing out at times is what he does, though as he walks he checks his pouch and he does have a fair amount of coin. He sighs as his stomach grumbles. "Yeah, yeah I know. But I'm tired of crackers already." he whines a bit. Looking around, he sees a girl walking with a black dress and apron, he slows down a bit, "Hello." he says.

"Hello.", she sighs. "Same here. I could go for some eggs, even oatmeal at this point..", she buys what looks like scrambled egg sandwich. She looks at the Cait Sith. "I know it all tastes the same but I just good for what looks the most appetizing."

    He smiles and nod shis head, "Yeah I do the same thing." he tells her as he buys a bacon, sausage sandwhich and a apple. He eats the sandwhich pretty quickly and relishes the apple and his eyes widens. "Hey taste this." he says to her. He hands her his apple that wasn't bitten into. "Try it quick." he says a bit urgently.

Vespa takes the apple and takes a bite. Her eyes widen. "It tastes like an apple should!", she look at the apple. "How come?"

    He shrugs his shoulders, "I don't know but it tastes damn good!" he exclaims and he buys another apple. He begins eating it and enjoying it, "I want a banana and an orange too." he tells the vendor and he takes out a knife and cuts the fruits in half to share with Vespa and they all taste like they are supposed to!

"oh Thanks!", she smiles as she takes the fruit eating them, enjoying the tastes. "So good."

    "So damn good!" he laughs as he eats. Sheaking hsi head, "So why does the other food taste so bad?" he asks. "I wondering if there is a way to make the food taste like it should look and such?" he asks as he looks for a place for them to sit and gestures to a nearby bench and he moves to sit down to eat the rest of his breakfast.

Vespa shurgs taking another bite out of the apple. "Hm I really don't know. Something to look into thought.."

    Wynfei finishes pretty quickly. He burbs a little bit and smiles as he rubs his stomach, "That hit the spot." he says to her. "So what do you have planned for the day today?" he asks the girl.

"I was thinking of going out and doing some hunting.. There a bit of difference in swinging a weapon in a game and swinging it here.. There alot more to it..", she sighs. "I wonder if it was good to with Heavy Blades.."

    He nods, "Yeah a lot has changed and it's like we have to relearn to do things differently." he says to her. "I need to figure out what I want to do myself, I do have a license now, but I'm not a hunter." he states. He rubs his face a bit, "Do you go out in a group?"

Vespa shakes her head. "Not yet. I want to know what i can do and not do before I get into a group. I don't want to join with some people and get caught off guard. Then again I worry about there experience as well.",she pauses. "I do have goals. Right now I'm waiting to see where everyone settles first."

    He nods his head, "I see." he says to her. "I think I may do the same." he says to her. "Well if you want to go hunting sometime let me know. I may know a few others and we can try to help one another?" he offers.

"That sounds good. I really don't know many people around here.. I am er was more a casual gamer.. I mostly did solo stuff and played with my brother..", she laughs neverously at that.

    "I'm slowly meeting people and trying to make friends." he says as he looks to Vespa. "I think right now we need to do that and learn more about this new world that we're in." he ays simply. Quirking a brow up at her, "Well things are changing, we will need to adapt."

Vespa hms. "Game. It's a game. I think. I hope...", her voice trails off at that..

    He stammers a little, "Yeah....I don't know." he says to her. He looks back at her, "We can now feel pain, not a lot but enough to know that it's there now." he looks up into the sky and stares.
