Osen Time

    Wisteria puts her money away and then she heads for the bathhouse. Vertina and Mizuki had to get some other stuff done so she went ahead because she is NOT missing out on osen time.

Following along, Hisame's trying to stuff things back into her bags, wanting them out of the way and convenient. Still, she's following along because who doesn't like a nice, very hot bath after a hard day working? "I don't think I've been to this one" the imp tates eventually.

    Wistiera nods, her long ears giving a sway, and then between that step and the next she's just a tall albino human with a strange black tattoo on her chalk white neck. "Yah? This is the big one we know about, we're hoping that someone will open a bath house in Alne." she says "So we don't have to travel like eight hours round trip... which Mizukichi will not let me forget that it's eight hours even with birds on the road." she says opening the door and holding it for the imp woman.

Hisame tilts her head as she slips in past the albino woman, her tail holding the door behind her to return the favor. It's about the only use she's found for it, truth be told. "Do you have to worry about sunburns or your eyes here-" she pauses, then gestures around, "Like here in this place. Not... here here." There's a pause, "Sorry if that's rude. The round trip is a killer though, yeah. Definitely."

    Wisteria shrugs "I haven't gotten burned yet, but it's winter, and I spend a lot of time with fur.. not even sure if sunburn happens." she says "As for my eyes, well luckily caerbannogs are sight and sound hunters and this is their natural coloration." she says "So my vision is actually better than it was back home." she follows after with a bit of a smile at the tail holding the door. She didn't even know they could do that. Her own tail is a powderpuff at best.

Hisame taps her head and says, "I keep hitting my horns on things. My desk would have so many holes in it at home if it were-... that's good. I did research into that sort of thing once for a project. Wanted to make sure the character looked right." She continues after sorting her thoughts, "That is, clothing-wise too you know?" The door closes behind them, then she says simply, "I don't know where it is, lead the way please?"

    Wisteria laughs and leads the way, geting undressed in the shower area and sitting down to start showering happily. Once she's feeling nice and clean she snags towels and heads into the hot water sinking down into the steam and resting the small towel atop her head and relaxes. "Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh."

Hisame is following more or less the same procedure, though she does give herself quite the thorough scrubbing, particularly near the earlier spill and her hands. Thorough scrubbing finished, she hurries over, muttering, 'Cold cold cold' until she hops in unceremoniously into the water. When she resurfaces, she's taken a simple enough seat. And then spends the next few moments trying to arrange her wings and tail to lounge back like she'd prefer. Just to end with a soft 'click' as her horns touch the back instead.

With a look almost of defeat, she closes her eyes, blows a few bubbles and sits up to ask, "I've been out of the loop so... if there's stuff I can help out with around here, it'd be good."

    Wisteria relaxes in the hot water with her head on the edge. She's glad she can shift shapes, it would be forever drying if she did this in caerbannog form. "Well, we're working on getting Tolbana setup, and we're exploring the floors we've cleared of bosses to look for special resources and unique oportunities." she shrugs "Otherwise there's lots of stuff that we need. Like bath house in Alne." she says happily.

Hisame holds her hands up out of the water, palms out. "I'm an alchemist, no building for me. I mean if we're translating real life stuff, I can help with decoration maybe." She hesitates, "The other real life. Since-... nevermind. I'd be down for helping with exploring, throw me a party invite next time. If you uh, want that is."

    Wisteria smiles and laughs "Yah, you were good out there, no reason not to join in when we go hunting about." she says with a nod "I mean we can always use more folks when we're exploring the tower. I also hunt the various dungeons and look for other weird things."

Hisame perks up at the mention of weird things and smiles, "Weird like... weird easter eggs from the game, weird like weird challenges or weird like people weird?" There's a shrug as she settles back in before finishing with, "I'm in either way. Weird's more fun."

    Wisteria nods her head "Well the first two mostly." she says "The third is just people... I think most people are weird. I'm looking for anything that doesn't work by the rules or breaks the rules that kind of thing." she says "King Gilgamesh doesn't think we're going to like what we find at the top of the tower." she says and lifts a foot wiggling white toes out of the water.

Hisame tilts her head and asks, "What does he think we'll find, morbid curiousity? Half wonder if we shouldn't be grilling him if he's going to talk all cryptic like that." She stops herself and shakes her head, "Nooot that that's probably the best approach. I have no idea what's up there... not even a guess really."

    Wisteria shrugs a little "He just said we might not like what we get when we get there." she says "He had information on the second floor boss and he was able to give us a warning that saved like half or more of the raid." she says "And he soloed the first ten floors." she says "That's like... insane." she shakes her head.

Hisame rubs her eyes, trying to clear her head and think it out. "It's going to be something like finding holes that fit just us or something else trippy with the luck we've had so far. Or we're going to find a portal to the inverted tower. Calling it now."

    Wisteria shrugs "I think he's been there... from before." she says "And it worries me." she says and licks her lips. "Want to hear something... I thing is really scary?" she says softly. She has been having a thought runnign through her head since her talk with the King and it's just trying to spill out and she's been trying to stop it but she's here in the hot bath and has someone who claims to like weird... maybe she won't sound crasy.

Hisame pulls her knees up, rests her arms against them and rests her chin on her hands, still enjoying the warmth and letting her mind wander. "You think he kept some kind of memory? Or do you think there's more to him than what we think he is?" With a shrug, she rests back on her hands instead. "All ears." She returns, relatively soft herself.

    "I think the Alvs created the inventories... and maybe the menus." she says looking at the celing and not Hisame.

Hisame shakes her head and says, "So, something like admins in their own little world? I mean... maybe? We're already in a weird place, who's to say there's not a debug room some where."

    Wisteria sighs "It's in Ezzo." she says. Without any real explanation but she might answer if asked.

Hisame tilts her head and asks, "The debug room? Have you been there?" she stops, "Wait, so those kind of weird side rooms for admins still exist?"

Hisame frowns, considering for a few quiet moments. "Has anyone staked it out, if there are footprints there? Maybe there's another group out there. Eitehr that we're not the only ones here, or... I don't know. It's strange." With a quicker shake of her head, she says, "I'll help look for anything too. It wouldn't be the weirdest thing we've run into right?" Pause, "I uh, not to imply you're weird persay, but the bunny thing and-... that's going to come out wrong no matter what. You're not weird. No weirder than me at least.

    Wisteria flicks her foot to splash lightly in Hisame's direction. "Yah I know what you mean." she says and sighs. "We haven't cause we have to take a boat back over to Ezzo and then do a stake out... Mizukichi wants to and so do I but I think we need more than just the two of us to try and see.. and we can't just stay out there forever cause well... there's boss battles and resources to gather, and we can't fall behind in leveling or we'll never find out if King Gilgamesh is right."

Hisame returns the splash with a careful flick of her wing. It doesn't go nearly far enough. There's a brief moment of pouting. "I guess they're not as strong as I'd have liked." With something of a shrug, she settles back and says, "Are there duties out there? Could do a rotating watch maybe. Three of us at least- if you'd have me. Maybe a few more? Do parties during the off time sort of thing. Maybe."

    :licks her lips "There were duties that sent us there to get the refugees out." she says "Not sure if they're still going on if there are any refugees still there even." she says and sighs softly. "But I'll talk to Mizukichi and see if we can arrange something."

Hisame nods and holds up a hand, "Yeeep, I remember that much." Though she doesn't go into details there. Might be obvious with some thought. "We'll figure it out, I'm sure. Doesn't hurt to have fingers out everywhere to make sure we uh, don't get too tunnel vison'd you know?"

    Wisteria sighs "Yah I'm just trying to find all the thigns like that." she says and smiles relaxing a bit "It's a thing to work on and pick at till we find out what's really going on."

Hisame nods and holds up a thumb from the water, "I'll do the same. I mean- I enjoy the vacation from work, but it's just a different kind of work. Have to get home sooner or later."

    Wistera nods again "Vacation... don't know I can see it that way but." she smiles sadly "I still have to deal with the time away so I'll do my best. I keep practicing, and I hunt for a way home." she nods her head again.

Hisame smiles faintly and says, "My wrist thanks me for not having had to do... work for a bit at the very least." She mimics a drawing motion, back and forth and over and over "It's a good ob, but you do feel that pain." She nods quickly after though, "Yeah. Definitely want to get home."

    Wisteria laughs "You could always draw here." she says "Like I keep doing my excersizes for kendo so when I wake up I won't have lost too much reflex." she says with a smile. "I don't know how well that works, but I remember something about DIVE players trying to use Menus and stuff after they quit playing on the news." she says "So hopefully if I keep doing my excersizes it'll just spill over."

Hisame rubs the back of her head and says somewhat embarrased, "The thing I woke up with here was a book with no end. I can draaw all I want, but it's with charcoal more often than not. If you have requests though." She tilts her head at the last part though, "Wait really? I hadn't watched the news in a while."

    Wisteria shrugs again, she's doing it a lot "Something like that... I think it was news... could have been somewhere else I just remmeber there was some warning about DIVE and I'm like... well that warning could be a great thing for me." she says with a grin. "I duno maybe it's just wishful thinking but I'll keep doing my cuts anyway, I'd be doing them at home so I'll do them here." she says

    The albino girl closes her eyes and relaxes. "I'm starting to think that's everything I do here. Wishful thinking, but I don't think that's wrong or bad. It's just the way things are here." She doesn't go to sleep or anything but she does just kind of relax into the water with her eyes closed changing to just idle conversation if conversation continues.
