Delivery

    Hifumi is taking a break, his tray to one side and empty while he eats his own dinner. The time between matches a good place to take a break since the crowd is thinning and not buying nearly so much beer or snacks.

Miho is here for the tourny too, she's also got an woodn box under her arm as she seems to be looking for someone. It doesn't take long before she sights Hifumi.

"AH there you are, you are a hard one to find but I have your order finished. Care to take a look?"

    Hifumi smiles as he looks up and takes the last bite of his yakisoba pan and stands. When he swallows he chuckles "Sorry, crowds keep you moving. Been selling food and beer to the folks here to watch the tourney yah know?" he says with a smile "Great, having a set of chefs knives that haven't been washed by the black wave and made... just so very basic." he laughs.

Miho smirks for a moment "These would cost you quite a bit had we been back where we came from. Some of the forges sell their knives world wide."
% DShe grins and will hand the box over to Hifumi. There's a maker's seal on the box as she wait eagerly to see his reaponse. There are the sorts of knives sold to good resturants and professional chefs.

"My grandfather liked to say back in the day all other trades depended on the Smith."

    Hifumi slides the box open and looks at the work. "Jigane ga deru (the steel appears, to show ones true self he's using the idiom here as a pun since he is literally checking your work and value as a smith)." he looks over and then picks up and checks the hilt, heft, and blade of each, looking at the cutting edges and basically going over it like any professional would with the tools of their trade. "These are very good... however what could you do with this?" he asks tapping into his inventory and then tossing you the shard of enchanted sword.

The blades are well made, they also have Miho's makers make upon them. She grins as Hifumi looks them over for a moment and pauses. "What do you...." She pauses eyes going wide. "I think I can do something with this, oh I very much think I can do something with this Hifumi!"

    Hifumi smiles "There was a time when all swords eventually found themselves as knives." he says "So I was hoping that this would be something you could do." he says with a chuckle closing his box and putting it into his inventory.

Miho says "Aye I think I can do something with this if you are willing to commision this. Also with the matter of my rent? I do think the knives will cover it until I can get my own operation up and running?" She seems excited about this, oh she seems /very/ excited about it really her tail is /thumping/

    Hifumi nods "Yes, you can stay as long as you need for these." he says "It's good to have proper knives again." his right hand taps fingers against his knee. "Let me know what you need to make this happen." she says with a smile.

Miho says "It might take a bit and I do need to get a proper forge of my own set up. I can't keep using the Plant's public one forever."

    Hifumi nods his head "Yah, I understand. I'm going to be here a while anyway." he laughs warmly.

Miho claps her hands together. "Then we have a deal." Her tail sways a bit as she seems pleased with this.
