Undead Overwatch

    There is a small fishing village near a small lake. The focus on catching locale fish, but have come under seige by the undead forces that hail from unknown lands.

There are people chained to posts near their houses. A mix of armored skeletons and ghouls walk along the dirt roads. As one young adult man tries to escape, a ghoul cuts him off and slams him into the ground.

At least before an undead warrior walks over to drag the young man back who is kicking and crying for help.

    In the middle of the town square near a dusty old wheel, are three robed figures. One looking a bit more masculine the other two.

One woman is filing her nails in perhaps boredom. The male is leaning there looking as bored, as the other woman seems to be giving the orders.

There might be time to save some of these Landers from whatever these vile beings might be up too, or perhaps-- It is better to just watch and observe.

Miho had been aware of the undead issue, which did trouble her. While she wanted to bring more people that would mean more notice she thought about it. So she's perhaps unwisely chosen to check this out alone. The blue-haired and rather small Salamander was doing her best who was going to make a recon run. That is going to be going out the window as she sees the young lander being assaulted. She doesn't think she doesn't hem and haw over it. She knows what she must do

She knows how undead work in she knows what's going to be happening if she can get some of the landers free and then make a disturbance, right? She's going to try to creep for the homes where the bulk of the landers are, her plan is simple. Slip-in and once she's in position dash in cut down the undead near the landers, then cut them free and tell them to run the way she came.

    Miho is trying to be a stealthy blue scaled girl, however while she does get in close to maybe cut the ropes that tie a lander couple to their post.

She does not go unnoticed, as the woman who was looking at her nails suddenly peers up with her glowing gold eyes. "You have-- Troops!" The woman roars out from behind her hooded cloak, "Seize her!"

The man and the other woman look over, as several of the armored skeletons go running right for Miho, as at least two Landers, along with the young man who was being hauled, manage to get out.

The question now is, with at least four undead coming at her, more making their way around the corner, and some ghouls-- what is Miho now going to do?

Miho knows she can't save everyone at this point, the fact she's given anyone a chance is a good thing, she'll tell the trio to flee and warn the first Hunter's Guild they find about this. She wishes she can do more but all she can do right now? Is buy the trio who are running away some time. SO she's going to do that as she'll draw her Katana for a moment, this doesn't feel like a game anymore to her, her heart is pounding somewhere inside the knife maker she was on earth is going, what the hell am I doing. The other part just can't stand to see this happen as she will move to engage the skeletons at least for the moment, she intends to flee eventually but for the moment those people she freed need time to /run/.

"You want me do you?"

Big talk really and she knows it once her Katana is drawn she will engage the skeletons and other undead not holding back much as she intends to burst this.

    As Miho charges into the fight, the female who called out goes to head that way, but is stopped by the other woman. She also snaps her fingers at the man as well. "My brother and sister," The calm woman says with her own glowing gold eyes observing. "This is a good time to learn."

"But all of our work," The brother hisses gently. "She'll ruin it all!"

The calmer sister gently shakes her head. "Nothing is to be ruined, but much is to be gained." Both stand at ease, watching, though it is obvious that while one of them was calm, the other two were eager for a fight.

    Miho's Katana cuts down the skeletons with precision, even the ghouls that try to come toward her, yet more undead come right for her. They continue to swarm now in even a larger number.

This may continue to escalate to eventually being a point of no return.

Miho is doing a decent job of buying time, also thinning out the undead ranks. That's always the thing you always have to take out more than you or they'd just raise you to replace what you took down. At least that's how it's always worked in fiction. This isn't fiction anymore to her at all, she does notice the ones talking and will try to inspect them as she moves to start backing off as more undead come it's time to get on the path, of getting the hell out of here.

    Miho would find that the one she manages to get an inspect off of, before a claw from a ghoul swings in front of her face is a Vampire; Not a low leveled one either. They seem to be at least sub-boss par.

As she goes to escape, the woman who was held back growls lowly, "I am tired of playing /nice/! I want their adventurer /BLOOD/!" Then charges ahead with quick speed.

However, by the time she leaves, Miho has managed to escape in a way that the vampire is having trouble tracking down the little Salamander. Perhaps it is thanks to the sun making their senses a little duller and them a touch a weaker.

    The vampress hisses in annoyance before yelling up at the sky, "RRAGH!" In her frustration before walking back toward the other two. Dark blasting a ghoul in the face to vent her frustration.

The man chuckles a little giving a grin, "Poor little sister~." He teases, before having to duck a claw swipe swung his way. The calm sister, perhaps the oldest looks at them both, before looking in the direction that Miho went. "Let us take what we have. We do not wish to keep her highness waiting."

Miho gets an eyeful these are not random undead one is a vampire? A Vampire this one must be fairly high up given the level and an undead who still has a mind is generally important. She ducks the claw as it comes in. Bary for a moment.

They want her blood, she may have just put a mark on herself. There's not much more she can do at this point she saved a few people, she also has the name of one of the leaders of the undead. She will haul tail, as fast as she can with the intent to catch up with the Landers. She will then do her best to escort them to safety.
