Boss Potion Assist

    Merek was along at the shop while he sketches a few things, then takes a moment to place the potions about onto a table which was made to prepare a few of them. He seems to be content to watch the place.

    Amalthea has come to see a man about some potions. This is why there's a knock on the door before the old Paladin gently opens it to peek inside the shop before stepping in properly.
    "Hello." She says, lips already tugging into a warm smile. "I've come about those potions. How did it go, making them?"

    Merek looks up to Amalthea when she comes by, then he nods a bit. "Greetings, I have made you a few potions," the man notes, then he takes what looks like fifteen with a light blue liquid in each of them, white swirls within it while he notes each one. "I've decided to give you these. They will permit you the ability to work easier in underwater combat, though you'll need to rely on your own skill to actually fight. This will let you all manage it without needing to, you know. Keep coming up."
    There's a ledger which he brings to the front, "Alright, this is the price for each, and a document that states you will be buying these." There's a nod along to a document which needs to be signed.

    "Hohhhh...?" Amalthea muses as she looks to the potions, lips pursing as Merek explains how effective they'll be. That should come in incredibly handy during the fight indeed.
    "I'm not worried about people's ability to fight. Everyone so far has pulled their weight and that's all I can ask of them." She says with a firm nod before looking to the ledger.
    "I'm sure it wasn't easy with the prices of potions being as they are, now." Murmured as crystal blue eyes look over the document, which she promptly signs.

    "That's why I am charging you for it," Merek notes, nodding a bit. "It'll offset cost," the man notes, while he takes the time to hand each potion to Amalthea, "Anyway, I would bring my weapon to assist you, although I need to be assisting people with the Wave."

    With the ledger signed and handled Amalthea nods. "Aye, I understand." She says matter of factly. "Both reasons."
    "For every floor we climb we cause another wave..." Muttered. "You think maybe there's a way to stop them before they occur? Or to just sidestep them entirely maybe?" She considers, gingerly accepting potions and tucking them into her Inventory before she produces a pouch of coinage.
    "And I hope this should cover things between us. If not don't be afraid to say so and I'll make sure we're square."

    Merek takes all of that coin, and nods a bit while he places that into the inventory. "Thank you, that will do fine. Any business assists," the man notes, while he thinks about it. "Well, I don't think that there will be, although we need to meet that woman that keeps showing up at the Waves. I think she would be a bit important to it all."

    "She's likely the key to it." Amalthea agrees on the topic of that woman. But when the coin seems to be enough in regards to payment, the old Odysseia Knight dips her head in a nod. "And it was a pleasure doing business with you, then." She says, patting her pack. "I'll make sure these are distributed at the raid. If there are any left over after that I'll find a good use for them I'm sure."

    Merek nods a bit to Amalthea, while he seems to think about it. The man doesn't offer a lot to talk about, while he watches those potions, "I'm sure you will, thank you. I'm glad you are shopping with Elixir Emporium, we will do what we can for the people, regardless of Guild."

    With the potions put away for safe keeping, Amalthea dips her head in another nod. "Well, now I know where to look when I need something brewed up, eh?" She says with a chuckle.
    "Anyway with that handled, I should get back to the camp in the tower with the good news. We'll be pushing to kill the boss tomorrow. Wish us luck, yeah?"

    Merek would nod a bit with Amalthea, "Alright, you take care," he notes while he waves a little also.
