Meet the Landers: Mifa

It was a somewhat busy day at the Chainmail Bikini + 1. Gwen had a brief stopover back in Yamato. So she was going through the orders that had piled up while she was away.

She'd been doing pretty well clad in a french maid outfit as she tended to be when working. She'd been dealing with customers as they arrived picked up orders. She seemed to be in pretty good spirits whistling as she worked. A tall armoured man with purple shades picked up his order with a grin and passing her the coin.

"Thanks, Miss Pendragon. This will make the upcoming beach parties this summer with my guild great."

With that the man shifts turns about waves and heads on out. While Gwen keeps working and she hears her mother calling out.

"Gwen I got a few ideas for you to try on later. Even a few for Shiruba, Uta and Jaz."

Gwen grimaces.

"Right when I have time don't you have to go help Uther with some stuff at the Inn?"

Gwen hears her mom eep and head out or was she just trying to drag out what was going on. Finally, she had a moment to breathe and she started to clean the counter.

"Well I guess I'll have to accept one of her outfits or she'll never stop."

The jingle of the door's bell rings out as another customer steps in, while Gwen is busy with her mom, stepping around the departing woman. The red skin and unique clothing quickly betray her to be an Undine.

As she wanders in deeper, the woman pulls a veil off of her head. No hood or anything that would disguise who she is. Simply something to cover herself with while outside and to prevent herself from drying out too much.

The Princess of the Fourland Dukedoms then greets Gwen with a very gentle curtsy, and approaches the shopkeeper. "It's been a long time." She chimes to the woman before her, until she halts in front of the counter, hands behind her head for the time being. Showing a sweet little smile.

"I hope you have been well."

Gwen was not expecting an Undine let alone this woman. She looks up she smiles.

"Weclome to the Chainmail Bikini + 1 how can I help..."

She trails off for a moment to crusty back.

"Princess to what do I owe the honour of your visit? I also must thank you for the suggestions of training ground for my training!"

Gwen smiles back.

"What can I do for you today? Do you have an order? Would you like something to eat?"

The Princess raises her hand and waves Gwen's words off ever so slightly. "I am here only for a short moment. I needed someone I knew would be able to handle this." Without naming what 'this' is. Bowing her head pleasantly once more, and then touching her hands to the wood of the counter.

She takes a moment, looking around in the store. As much as she says she is not here for anything else, she is taking her time to appreciate the things in his place. Only when she is done getting a good look around, does she turn her attention back to Gwen.

She then reaches into a small bag she has, and pulls out what looks like a map. "I know that the Palace Lands have been found again. There is a place in the Southern region..." She spreads out the map and shows what looks like a vague suggestion of a dungeon location.

"One of my ancestors left a pair of rings there. I would like you to retrieve them. I would love to go with you, but being a Princess now, with a Dukedom to rule, I can't go anywhere."

Gwen nods to the Princess and will go into full business mode then, she respects the Princess time after all. She takes note of Princess taking a look at the displays and waits.

"Aye I have been over there. It's quite the trip. I'd have some stories to tell when you have the time. Oh, a ring? I see and with me, I can go get it for you. Give me everything you have on the rings and where it was left. I betcha I can get a few friends to come along for the fun of it if nothing else. Or an offer of food. So I'm game for this Princess, and floored you trust me with this."

"Right. One of them is a red ring, and one of them is a blue one." Mifa answers Gwen. "There's a bit of a rush on this." She then adds to this, which may seem a bit odd of a statement to make after this much time has passed. But there is this intense look on the Queen's expression that suggests asking for more details might be trouble.

"Feel free to bring people and food of course. I just need to get this returned to me soon." She notes as she takes out a few more maps, detailing the area around the Dungeon. "I don't have anything about the insides. I couldn't find anything in the archives about it." She explains to Gwen.

Gwen says "A red and a blue ring. I see it need to be done quickly. Right, I was going to be heading back soon. I know a few people I can trust and if needed I'll drag my parents along on this." That's how seriously Gwen is taking this situation.

"All right then as soon as I get back to the Land of Dragons I will set out on this and bring who I can along who I can to this dungeon." Maps to find it? Good, that would help in getting there. She started looking them over.

"I understand the maps are useful and will save a lot of time to get there. I'll be ready for anything as best I can. Whtimelinef time line am I on for the return there is going to be two weeks of travel time on this."

"That's honestly all I have for you for now. Sorry for the hurry, but I also need to talk to King Gilgamesh. So I can't be long." The woman touches her chest, and then politely bows to Gwen. "Thank you for your patience, and willingness to help. I will of course make sure you are reimbursed for this. And make sure to file this mission with the Hunters Guild later, so they can confirm the details there." She answers her.

Gwen nods to her for a moment and smiles "I understand thank you for trusting me with this I'll try to make sure I don't let you donw on this and ... thank you for being so kind to me since we have met. I'll do my best to not let you down."

Gwen seems eager at this. "Well I got one heck of a quest, I should start to get ready then!"

Mifa nods her head one more time, and then motions her hand up. "Thank you very much Gwen. Please be careful on your journey." She offers to her, before turning and stepping away, leaving the maps behind for Gwen to study.

Gwen says "I will do my best to do so." She will bow to Mida as she depart and will have work to do. It wasn't long before she got on the chimlink to start planning for this quest.
