Where Everybody Knows you're and Adventurer

    Hifumi is working behind the bar as he usually is yaki is being cooked, and he greets each guest as they come in. He is passing plates to the various landers who are sitting at the bar. And there is a stand at one end of the bar full of waxed packages with a sign advertising instant noodles.

Erufu has an urge for some food that only Hifumi could make. So the Elf is here she'll wander into the bar grining as she does so. She'll waves to some of the other people in the place as she looks for a place to sit. "Wait instant noodles...?" This might make her scouting missions a lot more enjoyable given the cooking issues here.

Yeowang has arrived at the Ryokan with another game bag full of meat drops, which she will pass to the kitchen. One useful thing about being a hunter is the improved drop rate. The fact she tends to use melee rather than the bow to hunt is probably questionable, but everyone has their little ways. She's slightly brutal in melee, though, and she's training harder at it, so it works for her probably more than most hunters. For now, though, following the completion of the expanded fortifications around the expanded Seeker's Landing, she's come back here to see to her personal training, and at the end of the day, she's come to the Ryokan, dropped off the day's drops, and bows her head in greeting to Hifumi and Erufu. "Good evening," she says formally.

    The greeter will take the meat into the kitchen. Hifumi nods his head "Thanks always good to have more meat, I'll take it off your tab once the boys have looked it over and counted it." he offers and looks to Erufu "Yup, I've worked out cup noodle so that Adventurers who do not have cooking skills can still have a hot meal without having to take from the mouths of Landers." he says "If you haven't tried them go ahead and take one package." they come in cluckcluck, grunty, and shirmpie.

Erufu looks over to Yeowang and waves to her. She'll look to Hifumi "You need meat? Mmm I do hunt for my own place but I don't mind helping you out!" She grins her ears wiggling. She nods baout the noddles. "I'm going to be walking out of here with some." She notes as she reaches out to pocket a package...

Yeowang arches a brow at the cup noodle meals. Alas, she's skipped that entirely. Generally she finds an inn and pays for food - she seems to have a decent-enough cash flow, or else she bites the bullet, so to speak, with menu food. She nods to Hifumi about the meat counting against her tab, which she pays regularly. She grins to Erufu, as well, recalling she has a place as well. "There are so many places. I hope you are both doing well in business," she says. Though if she's got gold to buy real food as often as she does, she must be doing fairly well also.

    Hifumi smiles and nods to Erufu "I take meat and vegies and other such food related drops as payment, as well as taking gold. It's easy enough if you bring in food stuffs for me to prepare you get meals. You have to pay for your drinks unless you bring in lots of forage and hunting as I have to buy that out of expenses and so getting coin for it really is easier even with my local custom." he says giving one of the Landers a pat on the shoulder which the man laughs at and jokes almost as if Hifumi were a Lander himself.

Erufu looks to Yeowang and nods a little bit. "The Green Dragon is doing pretty well having room for rents was I think a solid idea." She grins at this it's doing well enough to keep it up and running right. "Ah I see fair enough I can do that the next time I come by here. That's fine I could use a good drink." Oh no...this could end poorly for Elf.

Yeowang nods as Hifumi explains his meat drops policy to Erufu, it's a thing she's familiar with. "You must hunt your own ingredients?" she wonders to Erufu. "Though if I remember the character generation choices, it seemed that it'd be impossible to combine cooking with brewing or farming. But I think either could combine with hunting. It has turned out to be a more defining choice than was clear originally." She's had issues with her skills, it's true, but that's not important just now. Hufumi will recall that in the past, she's been fine drinking water, which luckily doesn't require any special skills, and it's the same tonight, it seems.

    Nods his head to his bartender. "The old man here will get you setup with whatever you'd like to drink, we have the best the Golden Lush dominion offers." he says "What would you two like to eat? Wings? Eel? Yakisoba Pan? Maybe some Tasty Rat Bento to go?" he grins even as a small dragon made of flowers crawls out on to the bar.

Yeowang considers her order, finally selecting something a bit high-end. She can afford it. The mention of tasty rat bento makes her wince, but she lets it go. It is not here. She will take a seat at the bar, angling the chair so she can keep an eye on the door, though more out of curiosity than caution. Not that there's a ton of traffic this time of night. "So, how are you both doing?" she asks curiously. "Things seem to have settled back after the initial rush into the Palace Lands. It took a bit of time to get things settled and running, but our initial camp seems to be working," she explains her own latest activities. She will eat her meal, and at the end, she will head out to wherever it is she crashes for the eveing. As a hunter, this is often a camp, though in town, she often manages an inn.

Erufu says "Well some people like to right?" She nods to Hifumi and she would one place her order of drink and then would also place her food. "Yakisoba Pan would be wonderful I think!" She'll bne happy to get he order and eat and drink away for a bit.
