A SEA of Enchantment

    On this wonderful day with absolutely no waves what so ever incoming or anything Setsuna is enjoying the warm spring sun as he simply does what anyone would do on the training grounds. He is playing fetch, throwing a stick and watching his cerberus run and retrieve it. Surroounding the field is the dire wolf Roki who seems to be chewing on a tree branch , and the skeleton knight currently in the middle of sharpening it's sword. All in all it appears Setsuna is having an easy going day, as long as Yuuki doesn't find out.

    June being June when she realizes she needs an Enchanter or Alchemist she goes where the scuttlebutt says there are some. She goes to visit Scale. She lifts a hand and waves at Setsuna when she spots the necromancer playing with his demon pup. "Heeeeeeeeeeeeeeey soooooo I have a business proposal, and by business I mean my business and by my business I mean Scripture." she nods "I need to hire an Enchanter or Alchemist cause see I think I'm one step closer to figuring out how the chaos gates might work but I need to test my theory and for that I need power and for power I need crystals or elemental batteries and for crystals or elemental batteries I need and Enchanter or Alchemist to make them and so I figured who has the most of those and then I thought well that would be the Scale and so I figured I'd just come here and see if I could hire one of you guys to build them for me so I can do my experiments." oddly enough checking the mousey woman's status.. doesn't indicate a Mood of any kind. Yet.

    Setsuna looks up at the June that has appeared in the middle of April with this random proposal. He stops and checks his own status and nods his head slowly, " Nope I'm still me. " Looking around for another moment, as if he was looking for a hidden camera. Finally he looks at June, " Just to make sure I heard you. You are looking for an alchemist and or enchanter to help you with the chaos gates. Is that correct?" Setsuna is sure someone gave June bad directions and she was meant to find Wisteria, but well someone is asking for help. Also asking for help for something that he was interested in swiping the knowledge of is an extra benefit.

    June nods her head "Techncially I need someone to help me in making a perminant inscription and well someone needs to be able to add power before the words can shape the magic." she nods her head "I think that in the end I'll learn enough that I can start trying to tackle the Chaos gates.. well once I'm able to understand more Alvarian."

    Setsuna blinks as he listens to the explination and his eyes light up at the mention of perminant inscription. " You said permenant inscription? Do you mean like a spell that is constantly going? Or what is it you are expecting?" His interest is certainly piqued as he rubs his chin thinking of what it all could mean.

    June opens her case on her hip and pulls out a strip of paper. "Ofuda." she says writing down something with a flourish with a brush before sticking it to Setsuna's chest. It flairs away in a flash of white light and the effects of Ol Repth cascade over him. "So Ofuda... now I want to engrave a spell into something, and then have it go off every time an elemental battery is run through it, which is why I need batteries so that the power can be stored so people can use them. Kind of like enchanting but... well different." she shrugs her shoulders again "I suppose an always on inscription could be done if you can get enough power to run through it all the time."

    "Fascinating," Setsuna says as he watches and listens and at thmention of the power on at all time. "You mean like in the middle of a root city which can draw near limitless magic." Setsuna's brain is moving as he thinks about what is being offered. " Well I am happy to help you in any way that I can. I won't promise perection but yeah I can get you some enchanted crystals." Setsuna is intrigued by the project, very intrigued.

    June nods her head "Well that would be something I'd have to work on past this, but this would be a good proof of concept especially if I can get the process working, then if I can decrypt Alvarian I'll be able to hopefuly get the Chaos gates and other stuff working." she nods her head and reaches into her inventory pulling out a pair of .. mugs... she starts draining one and holds the other out to you. Nothing like having pockets that keep beer from pouring out.

    Setsuna nods his head , in sync with June, " You are right, have to crawl before you can run or something like that. " Then the alcohol is offered and Setsuna looks at it with a smile that just reads, 'Oh Boy'. Even after June downs her cup, Setsuna's cup continues tojust sit in his hands as he continues to stare at the cup before taking a deep breath. " I can't do this. I'm sorry."

    June blinks "You can't help me? But you said you'd help, I don't wana have to find another Enchanter, that's too much work." she pouts.

    Setsuna shakes his head and hands back the cup, " No I can't drink. Thats what I meant." The necromancer hadn't meant to make June pout but it was simply a misunderstanding.

    June brightens back up again immediately "Ooooh, that's okay." she takes the beer and starts chugging that one as well.

    Setsua nods his head, " Reach out to me when you are ready and I will start sending you crystals to work with. I wish you all the luckk in your research. " Smiling he looks around wondering if he could pilfers Wisteria's lab without her knowing.
